SlothSchool is a student-facing product management service used for real marketplace product registration and management.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as login identifier, name, role, status, Google account identifier, email address, and profile image when Google sign-in is used.
- Product, SKU, listing, pricing, campaign, marketplace account, and operation-log data entered or generated while using the service.
- Uploaded product images and files needed to create or manage marketplace listings.
- Marketplace API credentials, Google OAuth tokens, and related connection metadata when a user connects those services.
- Technical request metadata needed for authentication, security, diagnostics, and service reliability.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and manage account access.
- To store and manage product data, SKU data, images, and marketplace listing workflows.
- To connect to Google Sheets after user authorization and read or write spreadsheet data requested by the user.
- To connect to Shopee and Lazada through credentials provided by the user and perform user-requested marketplace actions.
- To maintain logs, troubleshoot errors, prevent unauthorized access, and improve service stability.
Google API Data
SlothSchool uses Google OAuth for sign-in and, when authorized by the user, Google Sheets access. Google OAuth tokens are used only to provide the requested sign-in and spreadsheet features. SlothSchool does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Users can disconnect Google access in SlothSchool settings. If deletion is needed, contact the service administrator at [email protected].
Storage And Service Providers
SlothSchool is deployed separately from ProductHub and uses SlothSchool-owned Cloudflare resources, including Cloudflare Pages, D1, and R2. Google APIs are used only for Google sign-in and Google Sheets functionality.
Access, Retention, And Deletion
Service data is retained while an account or operational need remains active. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.
